SHIPPING POLICY
Items will be shipped typically next day, however may take up to 3 business days. Items will be shipped with USPS First Class unless USPS priority is selected at checkout. All international orders are subject to a $28 flat rate shipping fee.
Tracking is available as soon as your order ships - typically, within 24-48 hours after your order is placed. We will provide a tracking link via email after you've received your order confirmation.
International Shipping:
We no longer will be shipping to international countries other than Canada via our website. For international orders outside of Canada, please head to our Etsy store at https://www.etsy.com/shop/CountryClubKicks?ref=simple-shop-header-name&listing_id=902964508
All international orders are non-refundable. Order at your own risk, we cannot guarantee international orders will arrive on time, or even at all as they are sometimes misplaced or misdelivered. We will ship international orders 1-5 days after your order. Canadian orders tend to be more reliable in terms of delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Address Entered by Buyer
Address changes can be made prior to shipping by contacting countryclubkicks@gmail.com. If an order has been shipped, and the buyer enters the incorrect address, we will not be able to offer a replacement or a refund. Please double check shipping address before submitting your order.
